happy🌺valentine’s💐day🌺.... I hope your day is filled with lots of love.... and not with all the unnecessarily high expectations (🙋🏻‍♀️guilty of that, for sure)
not that I need an excuse or a special day to make / eat / love any and all things chocolate ..... but I’ll take it.... I also don’t need an excuse or a special day to add spice to my chocolate.... soooo, you can find these raspberry chipotle truffles rolled in cacao powder in the blog archives (also, link in stories) if you too are looking for more ways to eat / make / love all things chocolate + spice rn🌶 🍫♥️😘
just a reminder that you don’t have to wait for someone to get you flowers for v-day... you can always treat yo’self + make your own bouquet 💐💗🌸🌷🌺💐💕💓
made a lazy Sunday morning frittata by throwing some (leftover) sautéed spinach, garlic, red pepper flakes + eggs into my @vitamix and then into a warm cast iron... put a cover on top for about 8ish mins and the result was a light + fluffy, flavorful frittata, that with some avocado and arugula on top was the perfect, very green, weekend breakfast 🍳💚
we ate everything in LA so it’s time for us to go home .... but already counting the days until I come back (and eat everything again)
